Vaara House
A four-bedroom villa shaped around a central courtyard. Shadow-play through teakwood louvres, a 40-foot lap pool flush with the lawn, and a study that opens onto an old neem tree. Built to outlast its first generation of inhabitants.
Naara Residence
A three-storey home for three generations. Vastu-aligned planning, locally sourced kota stone flooring, and a north-facing meditation court at its centre. Sustainable, intentional, and deeply personal to the family that lives here.
Stilthouse
A 14,000 sq ft creative studio raised on stilts above a wild garden. Open workspaces, two acoustic pods, a screening room, and a rooftop that catches the evening light. Designed to feel less like an office, more like a home for ideas.
